The goal of this project was to create a space where Burlington residents could live and work, as a part of the in-progress Cambrian Rise Community. The project as designed contains three levels, with two focused on working, and the top level a residential space. In addition, while the project had an area limit, the structure is expandable to allow more residential levels as part of the same building.

The co-working space encompasses many amenities, including outdoor seating, a café, theatre room, and many different workspaces. Working areas are designed as different interspersed zones, including dedicated desks, flexible use zones, and communal work areas. This allows a variety of people to use the space, from entrepreneurs to corporate employees.
